The architecture of Horizon Pass is reminiscent of the grand lodges found in our national parks. Exterior stone and timber blend naturally into the surrounding landscape. And the interiors of these 31 residences are as meticulously designed as the exteriors, with rich finishes, top-of-the-line appliances and oversized windows designed to bring the outside in. Each of the one- to six-bedroom plans has been thoughtfully laid out to take full advantage of the location and provide maximum comfort.

A fortunate few who live at Horizon Pass will enjoy breathtaking scenery everywhere they look. There are dramatic vistas of surrounding ski mountains, The Gore Range and Castle Peak. In virtually every direction, there are panoramic views.

From Horizon Pass you can enjoy ski-in, ski-out conveniences with access to all of Beaver Creek® Mountain. A skiway provides easy access to the high-speed Bachelor Gulch Express Lift, a gateway to over 1,600 acres of ski terrain and Village-to-Village skiing at Beaver Creek, Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch®.

Even by Bachelor Gulch Village standards, these residences are remarkable. Most upper floor plans extend from one side of the building to the other to take advantage of the views. Some offer private elevators. There are private ski storage lockers and a heated garage. Plus a staff will be available to provide personalized concierge services.

Horizon Pass residents are eligible for membership in the private Bachelor Gulch Club, which includes access to the 21,000-square-foot Bachelor Gulch Spa and fitness center at the Ritz-Carlton®, Bachelor Gulch as well as on-mountain dining at Zach’s Cabin™ and use of the members-only lounge.
